How much does this packaging bag cost?
Some buyers send a product photo, an existing bag sample or a simple size list and ask for a price. However, custom-printed diaper packaging does not have a fixed price.
The final cost depends on the bag dimensions, material structure, film thickness, artwork, bag style and order quantity.
So, what information should you prepare before requesting a quotation? And can you get an estimated price if some specifications have not yet been finalized?
This guide explains the key information required when sourcing custom packaging for baby diapers, adult diapers and diaper pants.
You can request an initial price estimate, but the final bag dimensions must be confirmed before a formal quotation is issued.
For a new diaper project, the packaging size is normally determined by:
The folded dimensions of the diaper
The number of pieces per pack
The level of product compression
The packing method
The required bag structure
If your diapers are produced by an OEM manufacturer, you can normally ask the OEM factory to recommend the appropriate packaging dimensions. The factory understands the folded product size, pack count and actual packing requirements.
If your company has an in-house product or packaging team, they can confirm these specifications directly.
